Frequently asked questions
Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play, so you cancel them there — not inside Smoless. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Smoless → Cancel. On Android: open Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Smoless → Cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Sign in with the same account you bought with, open the upgrade screen, and tap Restore at the bottom. If it does not appear right away, give the store a moment to confirm. There is a step-by-step guide on the Restore purchases page.
Open the Settings tab, go to your profile, and under "Subscription and account" tap Delete account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your logs, baseline, and profile. If you would rather we do it for you, email us from the address on your account.
Yes — email us from the address on your Smoless account and we will send you a copy of your data.
No. There are no ads, no selling to third parties, and no public profile. Your numbers exist to help you, not to fuel a feed. The Privacy policy spells out exactly what is collected and why.
First, confirm you are signed into the same account on both devices and that each has an internet connection. Close and reopen the app to force a sync. If it still does not catch up, email us with your device model and OS version so we can look into it.

Delete your account and data
You can delete your Smoless account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways:
- In the app: open the Settings tab, go to your profile, and under “Subscription and account” tap Delete account. You'll confirm by typing DELETE.
- By request: email plainforge.apps@gmail.com from the address on your Smoless account and ask us to delete it. You don't need to reinstall the app.
Either way, we permanently remove your logs, baseline, and profile. We may retain limited information only where required for legal or fraud-prevention reasons, as described in our Privacy policy. Note that deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription — cancel that in your App Store or Google Play account.
