Restore Purchases

If you purchased a Smoless subscription from the App Store or Google Play, you can restore your purchase on a new device or after reinstalling the app.

Before you start

  • Sign in with the same account you used for the purchase: your Apple ID for App Store purchases, or your Google account for Google Play purchases.
  • Check that your device has an active internet connection.
  • If you use multiple email addresses, confirm you're logged into the correct Smoless account.

How to restore

  1. Open the Smoless app and sign in with the same account.
  2. Open the upgrade screen (the screen that shows the Smoless plans).
  3. Tap Restore at the bottom of that screen and follow the prompts.

Your purchase is managed by the store where you bought the app. If restoration doesn't appear immediately, it can take a moment for that store to confirm your purchase.
